Dogwood Canyon Nature Park

Planning to go on the Wildlife Tram Tour ($25.95/2 hours) at the park. We made reservations by phone and no deposit was required. Any reviews or tips?

We went on that tour last year. We had a great time, although the wildlife was a little too close for my comfort. The buffalo, longhorn, and elk are literally less than 2 feet from your tram. I'm just not an outdoor girl, so don't let my opinion get in your way. The tram tour through the park itself was absolutely fantastic. Dogwood is very beautiful in any season and the tram tour offers lots of info you wouldn't get otherwise. I think my favorite part was getting to feed the trout at the Glory Hole area. We had a great time at Dogwood Canyon, I hope you enjoy your tour there!

I've been there both in the spring and in the fall... both times were beautiful. The tram ride lasts around 2 hours and is well worth the ticket price.
Enjoy!

Just returned...

Went to Dogwood Nature Center on Monday and it was beautiful! Great outdoor activity and enjoyed the 2 hour tram ride tour with Tony as our informative guide. Beautiful drive from Branson and enjoyed a drive through Big Cedar lodge on the way home. Beautiful spots for pictures. Would have liked to have ridden bikes, but not enough time this trip.
