Expect and plan for delays on Route 248 at Route 65 starting Sept. 27
Expect and plan for delays on Route 248 at Route 65 interchange until end of October. The traffic shifts and lane closing will be in two phases, a North and South phase with one common element, there will be no dedicated center turn lane

Going from three lanes to two lanes with no turn lanes is pretty signifigant
