Indoor lap pool

We recently re-located to Branson from Atlanta. We absolutely love it here but I'm having trouble finding an indoor pool for swimming laps. The lake is fine but I'm guessing it's gonna be too cold in the winter.

My understanding is that there is a YMCA in Hollister but it lacks a pool. I know all the hotels/motels have pools but they aren't lap pools and my thinking is that they don't rent out the pool to locals. The closest lap pool I've been able to find is in Springfield but I really don't relish the idea of driving to Springfield 3+ times a week to swim. Is there someplace I haven't stumbled upon in the area that has an indoor lap pool?

Thanks

Did you check the RecPlex in Branson? I have no idea if they have an indoor pool but that would be my first place to check.

Thanks for the suggestion

That was my first phone call when I was looking for a pool but they only have the outdoor pool, which is fine for summer.

I'm trying to train for the Senior Olympics so a pool year round is a necessity. Looks like I either wait for the Hollister YMCA to build a pool or accept that I may have to drive to Springfield multiple times a week.
