Update on Grandson -- and Thanks!

I just wanted to give you an update on my Grandson, Cooper, following his bout with the flu and infection. Cooper was able to dance -- although they had to modify some of the choreography -- in a dance competition a week ago. Did quite well, placing 5th overall with his solo dance. The other day he had a follow up with the most recent doctors he had seen. I am happy to report he received a clean bill of health! All infection is gone and the bone where they had to drill to clean out the infection has healed complete. He has been released and is able to return to full activity. No further doctor's appointments needed! PTL!!

ALSO...even with having missed a full month of school, Cooper worked like crazy, staying over two days a week at school to work on missed assignments, and when his mom went to meet with the teachers this week for his grades he had all A's and B's!!! What a trooper this kid is!!

I also wanted to thank everyone for their prayers, positive thoughts, and well-wishes for Cooper during this ordeal. It means the world to all of us. If we hadn't been convinced of the power in prayer, we certainly would be now!! Thank you so much!!!

That's really great news.
Overcoming that kind of adversity is usually a character builder, so maybe some good will come of all this. kind of sounds like it is already, considering his great comeback in school.

That is the best news ever! Cooper is quite a fine young man to be working so hard to catch up on his missed school work! I'm sure you're so proud!

I am very proud of him!! He is a man with a plan, and he doesn’t plan on anything getting in his way!
