Just got the latest update on Tort. He definitely needs continued prayers! They are worried about his heart and phlebitis in his legs, and also his lungs. He has been through a lot and is also looking at surgery for other issues as well. Also, Mrs. Tortminder (Violet) is still not 100% either.

Yes, they are both in my prayers, as well as their Son, who must be so concerned. I met Tort and his family at one of the Luncheons and that nice young lad must be a teenager now.

My husband talked with Pat a few minutes ago. Pat is being released from the hospital today. He is not out of the woods yet. He will be seeing several specialists to address medical problems. Please keep him and his family in your prayers! He really appreciates your prayers and concerns.

Keeping him in my prayers, but thankful he is able to return to his own bed to rest and gain strength.
