A Christmas Story 2022 Shepherd of the Hills

This should be fun

A Christmas Story*

Shepherd of the Hills is excited to announce,*A Christmas Story, performed in our Playhouse Theatre. Enjoy a Christmas meal while watching the hilarious family-favorite,*A Christmas Story. Coming Christmas Season 2022.*

Set in the 1940’s, 9-year-old Ralphie Parker only wants one thing for Christmas: a Red Ryder BB gun. The holy grail of Christmas gifts. But everytime he mentions it, the common response is “You’ll shoot your eye out!” All the favorite scenes from the movie will be presented in the play including; the tongue stuck to the flagpole, Ralphie’s father winning the “leg lamp”, the school bully, the bunny suit, and many more loved scenes. Join Ralphie while he goes on a quest to receive a Red Ryder Air Rifle, and get into the Christmas spirit with,*A Christmas Story.

“A Christmas Story*is still … one of the more enchanting ways to be transported to a world beyond our own. Yet it also serves to remind us how lucky we are to live a culturally rich life … and Philip Grecian’s thoughtful stage adaptation preserves the old … references.” —Plain Dealer

Written By Phillip Grecian. Based on the motion picture*A Christmas Story, © 1983.
