Has anyone read reviews or know if this show has any intense crucifixion scene? We really wanted to go see Noah last year, but were not able to due to Covid.....So we are thinking about going to see Jesus and taking our 8 year old, but just concerned about possible scenes that are disturbing.

Maybe check their website, see if there are any reviews from their other theatres..

here are some tripadvisor reviews from the same show back in Pennsylvania, hopefully the link will take you to around page 121 or so that is where the reviews for Jesus starts, they are all very positive reviews, one or two I read where it told how much their kids enjoyed it, but I saw nothing of the crucifixion scene and how intense it is.

I watched it on TV last year and I don't recall it being really graphic. I mean they are a family shows (although that is a very violent image/part of the show) it was handled in a way that I would still take my kids. We have tickets for the summer.

I saw it on TV and don’t recall it being overly graphic. As I recall, it wasn’t as graphic as The Promise was, a d there were young children there frequently.
