More New Stuff

Along with the aquarium we have a new restaurant. The building that sits next to Andy's theatre has opened once again perhaps timed to celebrate the crowd that will be attracted by the fish tank. I don't recall the new name, but as you head down 76 you won't miss it--quite an eye catcher. Any one have any more info?

Also, new, a drive through coffee kiosk going in where the little bumper boat pool/ride was, in front of Skateworld. I think its called Table Rock Coffee. Will it feature Bikini Barristas? Doubtful, yet hope springs eternal!

Drove by it slowly today...Table Rock Coffee Roasters...and now i'm not sure if it's a drive up, or walk up...has a small front pad and roof for walk ups, it looks like.

Had guests drop in Sat am, so decided to try the Dockside restaurant mentioned above. Still a nice atmosphere from AW day...soft older music/Christmas tunes playing (Perry Cuomo, Buble', etc). Very nice staff. Food, nice large portions. Chicken nacho appetizer was huge...definitely, a "3" adults dish! Our table ordered Coconut Jumbo Shrimp, BBQ Burger, Teriyaki Chicken plate, and a regular Cheeseburger. They came with misc sides, sweet potato fries, rice/steamed veggies, tater tots, regular fries, garlic toast.. All were very good, but not nearly enough teriyaki sauce on chicken breast. But all were tasty. Drinks (soft drinks, iced tea) in very large glasses. Seemed a little slow inside for a Sat afternoon when the town was so crowded...hope things pucknup for them!

Thanks tor sharing your thoughts Left
I noticed that place had opened. Wasn't sure it would fit my current self imposed dining restrictions, so we didn't try it.
Sounds like another good locally owned restaurant for Branson.

Request, bummed to hear you have gone to a "self imposed dietary restriction". I'm hoping that, for whatever reason, you are able to accomplish your goal(s). Health is a weird thing...all is great...until suddenly it isn't. It can be a stark reality when that happens. I know from recent experience. Wishing you wellness and health! Lots of huge trout in Taneycomo still for you to set a hook in!

RJW, The Dockside is for sure locally owned? I hope so, would be glad to give them a try.. But I insist on locally owned only, as I am sure you know by now.. LOL>..
THanks Left, for the review.. sounds good!
