DramClaims.com Commercial

Been seeing this commercial all morning.
If you bought any computers, etc between 1998 - 2002, there is a class action lawsuit to sign up for at http://dramclaims.com/

In other words, some law firm is going to get MILLIONS of dollars. Some memory manufacturers will go out of business or have to raise their prices to cover the settlement causing the consumer to pay more.

And every member in the class will get a check for $2.13

Well done America!!

So the large corporations will receive money first will get paid first followed on down the line to average consumer who purchased one or two items. By time it reaches the average consumer there may or may not be enough money left.

The other part I was curious about was the proof. I asked a colleague and he said depending on the number of units purchased and type of lawsuit they may ask for proof that you did in fact purchase the items. From what I read it looked like anyone could say they purchased an item and not be expected to show proof.
My dog smiles with his tail.
