Port of Lights - Kimberling City, Missouri

Does anyone know if they still have their light displays? If so, how much does it cost? TIA!

No more Port of Lights -- a few years ago the light displays were sold. Organizers said the number of folks driving through dropped after Branson and Shepherd of the Hills expanded their light displays. Last year there was no Indian Point light display at the Corps of Engineers campground (it operated on donations) and I don't think it will be there this year, either.

The Port of Lights is no longer there. They've been gone for a couple of years now, have sold all their displays & don't plan a return.

There are two lighting drive-thrus still in Branson: The Festival of Lights operated by the Chamber of Commerce off Shepherd of the Hills Exprsway (entrance across from Sight & Sound) and the Trail of Lights at the Shepherd of the Hills Homestead. Both very good and family fun. The cost for the Chamber drive-thru is $10 per car and the Trail of Lights I believe is about $8 per person, although it's a longer trail and might include entrance to Inspiration Tower. Check with the Chamber for information on both displays - 417-334-4084.

A lady at the Kimberling city campground told us there was too much vandalism and when a fire broke out near the boats, it was decided to stop the lights. It was my favorite drive through.
