16th annual Hot Winter Fun show will be held at the DCAB theater on February 8th at 7 pm. Performers include Cassandre', Jim Stafford, Pierce Arrow, Hughes Brothers, Kirby, Legends, and more. Tickets are $30 for adults plus tax and service charge. More info call 417-339-3003.

yes, that's the # i called. i also called 335star and got the same message. i called the branson newpaper and they gave me the 335star#

Why would they plan this show on a Monday? I wish it was on Saturday.

I just called and got tickets for this show. Total for 2 tickets was $66.44. I was told there are 20 participants signed up and each one will have about 15 minutes. That will make for a very long but fun night.

DITTO! I was planning to make this work for us this year - but there is no way to make it on a Monday night......

Wonder who they're target audience is? Are they wanting other entertainers to see one another, or locals only, or what is their thinking with this?

I guess they have a reason for that date but it doesn't wotk for me, either.

After I set a schedule for day care, I just can't change it and leave the parents in a bind.

For some reason, I thought it usually WAS on the w/end before Valentines,,,,,,, Fri or Saturday??? Not sure what made me think that.

jerry b. what # did you call to get the tickets? i called 417-339-3003 and was told to call 10-15-15-800 and that there was a $5.00 charge for the call and there would also be a service charge for the tickets. that ticked me off. thanks

That is the number I called. Then pushed 4 or whatever number they said to get the box office. No problems at all. I called about 1:45 today.

I believe that typically the Hot Winter Fun Show IS on a weeknight, usually early in the week. I believe the reason they do this is to accommodate those shows who are already open for the season. Most of the shows that open early don't do full weeks, so a Monday or Tuesday work best for them.

Sounds fun, but I won't be able to make it. I am starting to have "Branson Fever" though.
