Zip Line Usa Is Coming To Branson Missouri

http://www.carolinaziplines.com/html...ssouri-p4.html

Zip Line USA is currently under construction.
Zip Line USA is located next to Branson, Missouri.
With cables over 3,000 feet long it will be the largest canopy tour in the mid-west if not the largest in the continental US.

Zip Line USA is scheduled to open in Spring 2010.
We will pass along more details as we receive updates.

Ok..... this looks way fun!

I have seen the zipline in use on some tv shows showing the jungle in S.A. This would be quite a thrill!

I was all excited and thought, yeah I would do that. Until I saw $75.00 per person on the rates. HOpefully, it will not be that expensive here..

At these prices, it will crash faster than the Branson Balloon.

I think Hunter's Friend is correct. For $75, I would rather rent a jet ski.

I'm with ya & think it would be an AWESOME thrill!
A bit costly, one time would be probably enough for me, I think!
That is, IF I lived through it!!! ..... ....

We did a zip line in the Dominican last year and paid $90 per person for the 2 to 3 hour event. It was the instructions and training, plus rides on 10 different zip lines, ranging from around 50 feet to somewhere around 1000 feet in length.

Branson's $39.99 for a single zip line for a few minutes is quite a steep price. I understand there is a lot of insurance costs, but that is a hefty price for such a short time.

There are two experiences with the Branson Zipline and Canopy Tour...

Ozarks Xplorer Canopy Tour is a 2 and 1/2 hour guided tour with over a mile of zip lines, walkways, and platforms.

The Blue Streak Fast Line goes from the top of the property to the base.

...I think that there's a whole lot of visitors that are going to enjoy the experience and it will add even more thrills to their vacation. So price is probably relative to the experience you want.

Here's our complete press release: http://www.bransonzipline.com/media.cfm

I'm pretty excited about this project. When they showed it to me and explained all of the cool things they're doing -- there's foresters putting together information on the fauna and wildlife -- stuff like that -- it really made it seem like a true adventure and what a great way for visitors to actually get out into our beautiful hills.

Anyway, obviously I'm for it being successful!

I have not followed this discussion, but will it be senior-accessible, say for those who are not fully ambulatory?
