Hollister Diamond
If you want to try a nice place to eat, check out the Japanese Kitchen in Hollister. Asked a local the best place to eat and she recommended it. GREAT FOOD. Right next to the Post Office, just a little hole of a place, but the food was awesome. Friday they had several specials, wife had portabello stuffed raviole for $6.98, I had excellent shrimp and sirlion. Only about 8 tables, nothing fancy, but it IS all about the food, isn't it?? Will be a place we take guests in the future.
