REVIEW: Moe Bandy

Our kind of music --- Our kind of show! I don't purchase very many cd's in Branson (Ok, will admit that I DO have all of Clay Cooper's cd's! ) but I bought one at Moe's tonight. Can't get any more country than MOE!
Carrie Garrison, used to be in Paul Harris' show, is a super vocalist and her voice blends so well with Moe's. Moe gets a '10'! Crowd was small, maybe 100 people!

Luv that Moe Bandy. He is a great guy and entertainer as well. We never miss his show when we're in Branson. Have had many laughs from the side-kicks, just an overall great time. Always enjoyed Mike Nichols (where's he at now?) And Hargus (was that his name??)we seen him (probably 2 yrs. or so ago) with another show in town and he's just as good as ever. Aw-w Branson is just the most fun and entertaining place to visit, and we can't wait to get back there.

Harley is by far one of my favorite comedians in town ... (not that you asked my opinion!) I love the fact that you never know exactly what you are going to get from him - he does change his material up every now and again.

Do you have one of Harley's business cards? Really cute! He was handing them out after the show last night!

And I forgot to mention this, but I sat by ELVIS at Moe's show last night! Don't know which "one" he was, but Elvis came in and sat down beside me. His wife (Priscilla ?, don't think it was her!) was with him. I KNOW it was ELVIS, white clothing, BLACK hair and sideburns in the "Elvis Style" big rings on every finger, gold bracelets, you know, all the Elvis 'props'!

I like Moe and Harley is one of my favorite comedians. I first saw him with Splinter at Grand Music Hall and they were hilarious together. Next time he was with Dalena Ditto (I think) and I was a little disappointed because he didn't have a staight man to work with and that's what makes him so great. Does Moe work with him? I'm thinking of taking in their show when we're in Branson in September.
