Smile Andy's Frozen Custard...Fantastic

It was worth driving 1,100 miles to taste Andy's Frozen Custard. (That's maybe a tiny exaggeration, but it's definitely delicious!)

Love Andy's. We had the blackberry concrete after reading Zach's reviews. I'd never had blackberry anything in my life and boy was it ever good. LynndaofNJ how are you liking your first trip to Branson? I've been keeping an eye out for you.

I'm so happy I found out that Andy's has a "child size" sundae (as long as you only want one topping)! It's less expensive, and because it's small, I can go back more frequently during blackberry season

Of course, I hear peach season is just around the corner, and I love peaches almost as much as I love blackberries!

We frequently ask for one scoop - one scoop and a topping, or a single scoop ice cream cone is enough to get my fix, but sometimes it's hard to stop at just one.

KJN - HOW could you have lived for 20 years w/o having ever had a blackberry??? It's an essential vitamin!

How kind ggh, I've lived 50 plus years without ever having blackberries. I've led a sheltered life.

I'd have to agree with you, you've led a sheltered life!

LOVE blackberries, but darn if God doesn't make some of the best things hard to get........ they grow wild, in about any fence row that is left unattended it seems. But the darn things are covered with stickers, chiggers and they grow all over the stems, not in clusters. You have to really REALLY like blackberries to want to pick them!

OH, but they are so SO good, especially when mixed with Andy's custard!

I'm glad you got to enjoy your first Blackberries in Branson!

We have blackberry bushes in our back yard. "Tame" blackberries, "thornless" blackberries and they are 'seedless' too!
And the berries on them are HUGE --- at least they were last year, and the berries were just 'setting on' the bushes when we left to come to Branson.

Our 'tame' blackberries have been introduced to 'wild' ones, not sure if it was by the birds or if they have reverted or what, but I swear, they all have thorns now! My daughter has an acre or more of blackberries on the farm that she rents - they're covered with berries, but it'll be a week or two before they're ready to pick. I am seriously ready to get rid of mine all together - they are growing rampant!
