Black Friday...some ads already posted

From my Black Friday Newsletter:

We posted the 113-item Harbor Freight Black Friday advertisement listings

We also got word about Polo Ralph Lauren's "Midnight Madness" salehere: ( http://bfads.net/Ralph-Lauren )


Over the past week, we've spoken to quite a few retailers.
The bad news is that Big Lots is completely forbidding us from posting their
advertisement and Walmart is not allowing us to post their advertisement until the week of Black Friday.

However, there is also good news, as several other retailers have mentioned that they will
be having competitively-priced sales in the weeks before Black Friday.

It looks like once again, some of the best deals this year may be had before the doors even open
on November 28th.

The Harbor Freight and Ralph Lauren advertisements are just the start of Black Friday 2008.
If this year is anything like past years, we should expect a couple more advertisements
and/or sales before the end of October.

I find it more useful, especially the forums. There are some crazy die-hard shoppers on there that camp out days in advance - with port-a-potties even!
