I was wondering the same thing. I had never heard or saw anything about this person/group/whatever. I don't know anything about them. Where are they at (what theater)? What do they do?

Tamara was a delightful lady who was performing outside of the Walmart Shopping plaza on Saturday, September 13. She was playing guitar and then dancing to some pre recorded music. This WAS NOT in a theatre, but the parking lot. She was very talented and I thought was just a attraction to get people into the mall area that connects Walmart to the grocery store.
I have no idea who she was (besides her name) and if she really should have even been there. I only watched her for about ten minutes because my family had to get to a scheduled concert that evening.

I didn't see her as you apparently did, but the vision I have of the situation would not result in me laughing at her or her situation.

Where does it say anywhere that she is 13?? The part that was funny was that everyone was assuming that it was the girl from the Mag 7 show. when it was this girl singing in a parking lot. If she is 13 more power to her and I wish her nothing but the best. But, how could I have known that it was alittle kid from any of these posts?

Nowhere did it say she was 13. She was spotted in the parking lot on Sept. 13.
