Sweet!!

A chance to see the master.

Of the top three All-time greatest stand-up comedians, he's the only one still alive.

Has anyone ever seen him when he's played Branson before? How quickly do tix go?

Is this the guy who was in "White Christmas"? I thought he had passed on, I am so glad I am wrong.
I know his daughter was on the TV show "Dallas" and she shot "J.R.".
I wonder if she sings with him in his concerts? I would love to see them together!

I saw Bill Cosby on Oprah, today...think it was today's show...not sure, because I had DVR'd it. It was a "Huckstable Kid's Reunion" and Bill was
"live via satellite". It was great. I'd love to see him, but have to work tomorrow.

I think the cob was trying to make a joke... Confusing Bill Cosby with Bing Crosby.

Kinda corny... Doh!

Ok I was worried there for just a second
I have not been on the board long enough to know each and everyone of this board to know if they are joking. Did not mean any harm.

I looked up Bing Crosby on the web and see that I had things a bit mixed up. I read that Bing has indeed passed on.
I also looked up Bill Cosby and understand that he is a successful comedy star.
I am too old fashioned I guess to see Bill Cosby because his humor gets a bit racy, but I know alot of people like that sort of thing. I am not one to judge.

To let everyone know there is still seat left for this show. Just call the box office or you could go online to get your tickets. From what I saw alot had been sold already. Just call the box office if you wish they can get you the best seats possible. Take care.

Bill Cosby is a truly nice man. I met him many years ago at Universal Studios while he was making the film "Ghost Dad" (which really dates me!)

He was as polite and charming in person as he is off screen.

BTW, in reference to one of Corncob's posts, I've never found Bill Cosby to be "racy" in the least; his reputation has always been for family "clean".

I read that too, and I think he meant to say racial. Bill Cosby has been trying to get "his people" stirred-up and interested in education, for quite some time. He speaks about his hatred of "ebonics", all the time. I think that's what cornonthecob meant, by "racy".

But, I don't think Dr. Cosby talks about those things in his comedy routines...I may be wrong.
