Nashville, Savannah & Florida

I won't go into all the boring details of the first two again! But, we had a great vacation. We went to Nashville for two nights, "Whispering Bill at the Grand Ole Opry"

Savannah for four,

Tybee Island Lighthouse:

Jacksonville, FL for one and then onto Palm Coast for seven. The beach trip was great.

We rented a really nice condo along with other family members so that we had a total of 5 condos. I was glad ours was in a different building. We are usually in St. Augustine but this time we decided to stay about 20 minutes away at Cinnamon Beach. It was nice but really different. There were a ton of rocks on this beach. Some of them were HUGE and they were everywhere.

They made for great shell hunting but you definitely couldn't take an evening walk or you would probably break a leg!! The best time to go was in the afternoon when the tide was out and you could see where they all were.......our time in the water slowed down about Thursday when someone caught a small shark right where all the kids were swimming! It was pretty, but we probably won't go back to that particular area.

THANKS FORDY!!!!! The picture posting directions were excellent!

Savannah is wonderful and so is Tybee Island, two of our favorite places!!
Tybee Island is about 20 min away from Savannah, we usually stay at the
Savannah Beach Inn on Tybee Island, a great bed and breakfast. The beach is great, very natural.

Tybee Island was nice. We didn't hang out too long at the beach, we just drove around, checked out the lighthouse, the forts and then walked out on the fishing pier......where they caught several small sharks in the thirty minutes we were standing there......I am just not in to the whole "Jaws" thing!

Savannah is my favorite place to visit ....but its to far away to just go for a quick trip.

two great places to eat are The Savannah Seafood company down on the riverwalk and the Pirate House( awesome pecan chicken)

My favorite thing to do is the Haunted pub crawl tour........Awesome and Really fun( no open contain laws there.......

The people are great and we have made alot of friends there from our visits.

Nice picture of the masonic lodge.
