Tony Roi - Elvis Experience Review

I admit, last time I saw Tony was while he was at Legends in Concert. The show was not what I expected. I thought he was going to be Elvis in the show, but instead his show is all Tony Roi doing a tribute to the King. He sang Elvis songs as well as other legendary performers. I apologize for the lack of pictures of the second half. The battery died on my camera. Branson Son was on stage with Wierd Al at the Ozark Empire Fair in Springfield the night before and the battery didn't take a full charge.

We saw Tony a few years ago, based on all the reviews, but I wasn't impressed at all, & wouldn't see the show again. Just my opinion.

Branson Son, Branson Daughter and I are members of a world wide charity organization called the 501st. We dress up in Star Wars costumes we make ourselves and show up at different functions and money is donated in the name of the 501st to charities like the American Cancer Society. Wierd Al wanted only so many people on stage and Branson Son made the cut - he's the Tusken Raider on the far left of stage. Branson Daughter and I still went as support for those on stage (and to see the concert ).

It's something fun to do to raise money for charity and everyone gets a kick out of getting their picture taken with a Storm Trooper, or Tusken, or a Jawa. I have more pictures of us doing troopings at other events in Kansas City, Springfield, and Branson on my web gallery. http://picasaweb.google.com/BransonQuicktix
