Take It To The Limit - Tribute to the Eagles
Take It To The Limit - Tribute to the Eagles has officially pulled out of RFD TV The Theatre.
This was not a light decision. I am making a statement to control some of the rumors that I am sure will start flying around. However, I do have to be careful with my opinions, due to the future lawsuit. Gold Harbor Entertainment and Take It To The Limit entered into a contract agreement with RFD TV The Theatre that clearly outlined that the show would receive a percentage of ticket sales. For several weeks, RFD has refused to pay any of the portion owed to TITTL. There are no reasonable answers as to why they refused to pay the amount that was owed. The show has been successful and growing more on a daily basis. The agreement was fair for the show and for the theatre, and both parties were in a position to earn significant revenue. As of Monday, I was informed that we would not be receiving our money. Gold Harbor decided to pull the show. The amount owed to us was very significant and I could not in good conscience ask any of the performers to continue to play for free and allow RFD to collect all the money. All of the performers agreed. Again, this decision was made with a heavy heart and we are all still a little shell shocked. We do have our attorneys involved, and I nor my partner are going to take this lying down. OPINION: I really do not understand what would make a theater act this way when they have a successful show in their venue. Thank you to everyone for supporting Take It To The Limit - Tribute to the Eagles. We are still a very successful group and we will keep everyone updated on our progress. Sorry to see the show close. Saw it last fall at the GP and absolutely loved it. Have always been a big Eagles fan and the show was terrific. Good luck in finding anither venue. I sure don't blame you; nobody can work for free now days.

Add this to the lawsuits for RFD. They have one against them now to be ousted from the Theater for nonpayment of rent.
Its not rumored its fact on Missouri case.net |

I have received several very supportive emails from many of you.
The band and I want to thank everyone for their support and their wishes for us to continue on in Branson. They plan to, however; they will first be out on the road for a while. They were lucky enough to create quite a following while in Branson, which had led to concert dates. We are following through with any legal action we can in the current situation. As I can, I will keep everyone posted. Thank you and keep the emails coming  |

I hope you get the show up again, maybe just at a new theater. We saw this show over July 4th weekend, and it was great!!! We will see it again the next time we come, if its there! We told our friends about the show too. I hope it can bounce back!

please come back I was going to see you in September.....
I am so sad...... Maybe a new show can pick you up.... going on the rode can be very expensive. Any of you 70 80 fans remember the band Heartsfield they have been back together for a few years Just wondering.... They play in saint Louis from time to time. My brother-in-law is the drummer |
