Good Show for teens???

I have two teens, 16 yr old girl and 14 yr old boy. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what shows they might enjoy?

Thanks!

More Info

This will be a day trip for us and we've been to SDC and Dixie Stampede numerous times so those two places are out for this trip.

Thanks,
Lisa

Thanks for the information! They look like a good group! I was wondering if my kids would also enjoy Yakov?

Go with what type of music they like. If they like country, Clay Cooper's Country Music Express is awesome. Some modern country music, younger comedian who is hilarious and lots of dancing. Clay does some older impersonations of Hank Jr. and Johnny Cash, which is funny. For all types of music Magnificent 7 is a good show with lots of dancing and lots of costume changes.

Neither of them are into the singing and dancing type shows so thats why I was leaning towards a comedy act.

If they enjoy the music of the Beatles, I'd highly recommend Liverpool Legends - if you really think they aren't going to enjoy the music, I'd lean toward spending the money on tickets to ride the gokarts at the Tracks over any show.

Bart Rockett is awesome. That age group will really enjoy it.

He is a magician and his ventriloquist act is hilarious. You can find some nice discounts around town for Bart's show too.

I'm willing to bet they would really get a kick out of The Bob Nelson Comedy Show. Stand-up Comedian from HBO, The Tonight Show, The Banana's Family Comedy Series and more. He's a real comedian with his own original comedy.

Family Friendly... check him out...

My son is now 19. he has been going to shows for many years. I agree with you that they will like comedy. Comedy and magic always kept his attention. Yakov is good. We liked his show. we have seen it 3-4 times

Thanks for all the help everyone! I'm going to check out all the different shows, narrow them down to a couple then let the kids decide.

Thanks again!

And, what 14 year old doesn't love Hank Jr. and Johnny Cash?? For adults Clay Cooper is good, though.

Yakov's homor would be lost on them, since they aren't "Cold War children".

If they aren't into singing and dancing, I would suggest a magician...or bumper boats and water slides.
