Branson Shows

I am coming back home to the Branson area on July 15th and 16th. I am bringing my new boyfriend with me who is really into theatre, tech. theatre (lights/sound) etc...and he's really excited about the show.

The shows I have selected are as follows. Will you please let me know what you think of these? (I've seen all three of them, just not this season...)

The Haygoods
Dixie Stampede
Broadway
and...maybe...Legends In Concert (if there's time)

Love the Haygoods, Dixie Stampede is fun, wasn't thrilled with Broadway but a lot love it, and never seen Legens.

Breaking Up is Hard to Do, a MUSICAL featuring the songs of Neil Sedaka

Hi!
If your boyfriend likes theater, why don't you try " Breaking Up Is Hard To Do". It is a musical comedy that takes place in the year 1960, at a summer resort called "Esther's Paradise", in the Catskill Mountains. It is a sweet romantic comedy with a storyline that weaves 19 HIT songs from legendary singer/songwriter, Neil Sedaka. This kind of Theatre is very unique to Branson, and it is getting great revues!. It is located at the Branson Star Theatre which is behind the Ozarks.
You can find out more info on their new website: www.breakingupthemusical.com
Whatever you do in Branson, HAVE FUN!

I'd think, from what I've heard, that anyone interested in theater sets, lights, and sound would be amazed with Noah at the Sight and Sound theater.

Your list is good and "Breaking Up Is Hard To Do" would be a good show if your boyfriend is into theatre. But might I just say, I very much enjoyed your icon and quote at the bottom of your post. Beatles fan?
Liverpool Legends, the Ultimate Beatles Experience is in my opinion, I am partial of course, the best show in Branson.
Now in their brand new Beatle themed theatre, the Starlite and with Louise Harrison, sister of the late, George Harrison. It is truly a MUST see if you are in Branson.
Have fun!
