My daughter & SIL spent a couple of days in Eureka Springs, then drove to Branson before heading home Sun. Went to Hard Luck Diner & Jason was singing when they walked in. Lisa overheard him saying he had lots going on, so maybe things are happening for him. They got to hear him do another song before leaving, & Lisa had her picture taken with him, so she was happy. Hopefully, we'll be hearing more from him in the near future.

My wife and I were at Hard Luck a couple months ago and we overheard him telling someone that he is unable venture out and do anything music wise until American Idol gives him the green light. American Idol apparently has the recording rights to all contestants, and they cannot do anything unless American Idol or management allows them.

Well, that doesn't seem fair to me. They should only have the right to tell the winner, & only a limited time at that.
