Echo Hollow

Has anyone seen the Echo Hollow show this year? Haven't heard anything about it except that it is supposed to be all country again this year.

Echo Hollow

I have seen Echo Hollow twice already this year and think that it is one of the best Echo Hollow shows I've seen. I started coming in 2001. It is all country. The band is the same as last year and Jae McFerron is still the emcee. About half the singers are the same and the others are new. Great talent I think. If you enjoy country music - especially newer country music, you should check it out.

I thought I read that the show was some how affiliated with The GAC Network. Is that correct? Or am I way off?

The show in Echo Hollow had become one that we no longer cared for, and thus we quit staying for it. Sounds like they may be trying to get back closer to what once was, so we'll give it a try again this year.

Those were great Echo Hollow shows! Some of the gospel nights Gary McSpadden used to host in EH were pretty good, too! It's been a few years since we've stayed for the evening show.

we've left at intermission the last couple of years, the show was pretty poor in my opinion.

the Branson Brothers with Brandi Chapman was a good show

and the years the Chosen Few were there was pretty good as well.

Personally, I don't think the shows at Echo Hollow have been the same since Chosen Few left. JMHO.

yea, when they left and SDC switched to that 50's thing it just went downhill each time we went it seemed.

it wasn't just Chosen Few though they had some good talent on the show with them, it just all seemed to fit together. I liked the Echo Hollow shows with Chosen Few and the one's with the Branson Brothers better than many of the shows in town that you had to pay to see.

one thing about Echo Hollow shows they've always had a good band backing up the singers.
