Micro brewed beer
I am a beer snob from KC. Anymore, all I care to drink are micro brews. Every new city I hit I ask for the local micro brew, if there is one. Charley's Steak and Ribs has great micro brewed beer. I only saw three of them and all three are winners.

I didn't know Charlies had a microbrew - I could care less, but my dh will be thrilled to hear that. I suspect that is something that we'll see more of, IF Branson is interested in bringing the younger crowd to town.

Although not a micro brew for sure, I discovered "Land Shark Lager" this weekend. Kind of a beach/island attitude with a taste similar to Corona.

No bottle beer for retail sale. I had some Land Shark out at Fort Lauderdale. Good stuff. But, one of the best micro brews I've had that never left the city was Key West Lager. When I went back to Key West the next year, it was replaced by Key West Ale. Not the same.
