Predator world??? Anyone been?

Still on the fence about this one and can't find too much info from people who have been there.......Anyone ever been there? Did the kids like it?? I'm wondering how long we could be there and enjoy ourselves...some attractions the kids would get bored and rush through....what you think??? THANKS!!!

This place always seems to get alot of mixed reviews on here. I've been several times in both the old & the new building they have now. I've always enjoyed it & had a great time. An hours or so is all the time you need to allow.

My kids enjoyed themselves at this zoo/aquarium. They mostly have smaller exhibits (most indoors, some outdoors.) They have a lot of snakes and alligators, and their aquarium is very nice. They also have lions, tigers, and wolves outside. On two of the occasions that we've gone, my kids have gotten to pet a snake. My daughter loves to feed the sharks/stingrays/sea turtle. My 3 year-old was afraid to feed them, but he's afraid of everything right now. Stay away from the baby pig in the petting zoo. My daughter was feeding a goat and the piglet came up to snatch some food and bit her. Except for that scary experience, our visits have been enjoyable.

We went once when they were in the old building and we loved it even though they were new and were adding new stuff. We went last spring to the new one and it was not near as nice. There was not many people working there and no one was with the tigers and bears. The first time we went a guy was out playing with the tiger and bears and that was really neat. Plus they had someone at several different exhaibts so you could pet a snake and other stuff. The last time we went it could have just been an off day though.

My boys were 7 and 4 when we went last year and they had a great time!!
