REVIEW: Comfort Inn - Thousand Hills

We just stayed here over last weekend and we enjoyed it. We have stayed here before, usually in one of the family suites. Everything was clean and the staff friendly.

They have a wonderful breakfast bar - eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffles, and a lot more.

Pool (indoor) was nice and clean and we enjoyed until a very rowdy group came in, started splashing and kicking water everywhere, and we decided to cut short our swimming time.

Thanks for the review. We've always enjoyed Comfort Inns when traveling, have never stayed in the one in Branson.

But... shouldn't this be posted under 'Lodging'...not 'Attractions'.

we've stayed there 2 or 3 times, have reservations for later this year.... glad to hear it's still a nice place to stay.

we had the same problems with the pool once, large family reunion going on, hard to swim, but other than that we've enjoyed our stays there.

Nice hotel when not flooded with groups

We've stayed at this hotel twice. It is always clean and has nice amenities. Comfort Inn has a policy that they will give you the lowest price on their website or match a lower internet price with an additional 10% discount. I found a lower rate on ibranson.com and applied for this low price discount. The front desk person who checked me in was appalled that I'd aquired such a low rate and said, "Someone's going to have to pay us to make up for this." He had no choice but to honor the Comfort Inn rate because they are part of the chain. I was just surprised that they were so "snooty" about giving discounts. The second time we stayed there, they were flooded with teens from some conference at the Grand Palace. As you can guess, the pool and continental breakfast area was very congested at peak times. This hotel's rates have climbed significantly in the last two years. Although it is nice, there are better options for the money.
