REVIEW- Lamplighter Inn South in Springfield
Whenever we stay in Springfield, this is usually where we stay due to the proximity to Bass Pro. The time we were a little disappointed in our room. It was clean, and the air did work good. The carpet was not in the best of shape and actually had been patched VERY poorly. I am not sure what the problem was, but we were woke up by loud neighbors and loud people outside 3 or 4 times. That was not the motel's fault though. All in all, we 'might' would stay there again, but the place has definitely taken it's toll over the years.

Did you go to the BBQ and Rib contest at Bass Pro this weekend? DH was there (I was shopping in Branson
 ). He had a great time and tried some excellent BBQ! |

 It smelled heavenly! (we didn't go to the actual contest.. just strolled around)
