Cool Spinoff- Best Branson Experience

I was reading the thread about the Bad Experiences in Branson and this thought popped into my mind.

What is the absolute best experience you've had while in Branson?

i'll probably think of a bunch of them before this thread ends... but the first one to jump out for me was seeing Johnny Cash at the Mansion Theater back while he was still healthy and we saw him put on a great show.

The reason I started the "bad, or unpleasant experience" thread was just a twisted thought, meant to be taken "tounge-in-cheek".

My best memories, so far, are the ones where I have been pulled up on the stge @ Gr. Country!!!!! & was part of the "prom" skit....... Also, The Platters have singled me out several times & sang to me........My gr son was part of David Copperfield's show one afternoon, with the binoculars/postcard skit....Can't wait 'til I return next week!!!

Well..I agree, a spinoff was needed

I have had only fun times in Branson, and really if there was something bad, I cannot remember it. (must have been a teeny blip on my radar).

I loved going to Branson by myself, and meeting Marjorie (our board buddy) and spending several days and nights at the Radisson, and seeing more shows per day than is humanly possible, while eating with, and meeting other board buddies.

We met with ggh, and VBeason, and BransonMom and Family, and BransonCutie(who hung out with us all week).
And, I met some really great ladies who were at the Osmond shows, (I believe fan club ladies).

That was a Pajama Party above and beyond the call of duty.
We packed more stuff into those few days, than seemed possible.

That is the best time I've ever had in Branson, and I'll never forget it.

I've never laughed so much in my life...

The only drawback was when I drove home, I drove most of the way in DENSE FOG...and I'll never forget that either.

My wife and I were pulled out of the audience at Dixie Stampede. We did the whole barrel race skit with stick horses. I was going all out trying to win the race and caused my wife to take a nose dive into the dirt.

Lets just say it wasn't my wife's best experience in Branson. But just between you and me....................It was mine

Cool

WE WERE ON THE BRANSON BELLE. HAVING A GREAT TIME.(BREAKFAST). WE HAD BREAD PUDDING FOR OUT DESSERT. THEY ASKED WHO HAD THE AMERICAN FLAG??OUR WAITRESS CAME TO ME AND ASKED ME WHERE WAS THE AMERICAN FLAG. I HAD PUT IT UNDER MY WATCH BAND.I WON TWO TICKETS TO "THE LEGENDS IN CONCERT". THE ONLY NIGHT WE HAD OPEN TO GO SEE THEM WAS ON WEDNESDAY NIGHT, BEFORE WE LEFT ON THURSDAY FOR HOME.

Oh, trust me. I paid for it when we got back to our seats. She was ready to leave immediately. People kept coming up to her and saying, "Your the girl who fell off the horse."

Tickets to Dixie Stampede...............$95

A South Side Audience Flag..............$4

A One of a kind souvenir photo..........$10

The lifelong memory of seeing my wife take a delicate tumble in front of a packed arena..................................PRICELESS!

If she has access to this site, your are Dead Davidab53, D E A D.

Likely by some slow and painful process, like starched tighty whiteys, a never ending Honey do list, that keeps your nights and weekends relaxation free, and a diet of broth and bread.
