Need BAF's...

Hi! I was thinking there was a sticky thread for BAF swapping, but I don't see it any more.

Anyway, I could really use 4 BAF's, if anyone has extra they're not using. I hardly used any of mine last year, so I figured there might be others who are the same way and don't really need them!

I'm new...what does the acronym BAF mean? If there are any other regularly used acronyms, I'd appreciate knowing what they mean.

Lomar, it means Bring A Friend. I think somewhere on here you can find a meaning to all the acronyms. I don't remember where though.....

Good luck I am trying to find one for June.I think that maybe more people go during that time because of kids fest.

Pretty sure someone has mentioned this before, but as far as I know there is no such thing as a BAF for June. The dates on the first set run through May 30th and the second set doesn't start until the second week of August- at least on mine anyway and I think my dates are the same as the people who ordered before the first season pass deadline and that the only difference is that mine cost $10 to use, since I procrastinated just a bit too long in getting my passes ordered.

They are busy enough during KidFest without a bunch of extras coming in with BAFs that I think they try to concentrate their BAF date more on the times of year when they are typically less busy- like before Memorial Day and after the first of August when schools are in session and not as many people come to the park. Plus, if they had BAF dates running through the summer, they'd lose a lot of money on folks who want to save money by only buying passes for half the family and using BAFs for the rest, when if they're not given the BAF option, most would go ahead and buy full price tix anyway. Sucks for families wanting to save a bit, but smart move on their part.

If you are trying to save money in the middle of summer, my suggestion would be to either take advantage of the "get in free on the second day if you come after 3pm" policy or to look around and find some of the ticket places around Branson that offer 2 days for the price of one.

We bought our season passes early.My bafs are free.First bafs run 3/20-6/15 2008 excepr 3/29,5/24&5/25.After 3,next day fee does not aplly to bafs,that is what it says on back of them.We have already gone once this year and had to buy ticket for grandson,at ticketbox lady said they are charging now because people are selling them.

made you buy a ticket? Because, I too have free baf's and was hoping to use them pretty soon for some friends. Please let me know so I can prepare.

Like littleg...our BAF's are good from March 20 through June 15, with the exception of the Memorial week-end dates. So yes, there are some available through the middle of June.

We also purchased our Season Passes prior to the 12/31/07 deadline, so that might be why.

As far as the dates that the BAF's are issued to be used, that's just smart business!

Not sure about this year because we haven't used them this year.But last year we had free bafs and you just went though and didn"t have to go to ticket booth.Maybe you could e-mail sdc and they could tell you or just give them a call they have toll free # at website.

If you received free BAF's they are still usuable this year. However, you do need to confirm your arrival date and make sure it's not one of the $10 or $15BAF. I confirmed the "free" BAF's still work this year.

We ordered the all 3 park season passes and recieved several BAF's. She said you ordered very early or all 3 park passes that you received free ones this year.
