Help figuring out SDC tickets...
Hi! We decided to decline my dad's annual Christmas presents of SDC season passes this year. We thought we'd just take a year off, and my dad spent so much on us already that I didn't want him to have to spend more (we'd need 2 adult & 2 kids passes).
Weellll... My dad has a German exchange student, & he promised to bring her to SDC. So he wants to go himself (age 60 ~ senior ticket?), the exchange student, my sister, & her kids. That's a total of 3 adults (maybe 1 of them senior) and 2 kids. Would it be cheaper to buy one day passes for that whole clan? Or buy season passes for my clan and let them use the BAF's, and all of us go together? Are there even any BAF's now, if you've waited this late to buy passes? I've heard about some *deals* going on with upgrading some of the BAF's, but I don't know the details. Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated. |

Senior citizen pass - I think you have to turn '62' sometime during the year of your visit to qualify for the senior pass. I know this because my dh gets the senior pass and I don't YET! And it's less than $5 discount, so not that much of a savings --- but, yes, every little bit helps!

I think it's too late to get BAF tickets when you buy your SDC season passes, but it would be worth calling and asking them.

It is to late to get bafs with a season pass now.You must buy them no later than Feb.

Do you know when you would be going? With the baby being due mid summer vacation time, we won't be going as often as normal so I may possibly have some BAFs you could have if it was during one of the times we aren't going to be using ours. Depends on your timing though... Feel free to PM me if you'd rather not post details on the public board.

Yes, congrats on the baby!! I PM'ed you, although I'm not really sure when we're going. Probably spring.
If anyone else has any BAF's they don't need, I'll probably just buy our season passes and get everyone else in on the BAF's. Thanks for the help, Everyone! |
