The Great Passion Play
Has anyone seen the Passion Play in Eureka Springs lately......I was wondering how much it cost to see it???????

Passion Play
We went the last weekend it was open in October. I got tickets from big river bargains. I gave $23.00 total for all our tickets.
 (DH, self, Ds, Ds) We got a bargain! I think regular tickets for adults were close to $20. |

Just read a story about Passion Play in Sunday's paper here.

That should be an interesting change. I may have to go see it again, this year.

We have gone several times over the years but not for a long time now. The new changes sound very interesting. Would like to see it again sometime.
We took the youth group on a trip to the Ozarks in the 70's. Camped in tents in Branson, went to SDC and down to the Passion Play. They weren't too wild about going to the play but they sat enthrauled in their seats through the whole thing and went back down to the big cross afterward (had gone to that before the play too) and they didn't want to leave.

I'll have to hear exactly how the new changes are. At this point, I'm not certain the changes will be for the best. I'm rather conservative in my Biblical beliefs.

I'm intrigued they have changed the script to show Satan. "The Promise" has always had Satan in the show, weaving in and out and only seen by Jesus. It adds an interesting point of view. I'll be looking forward to seeing it. We always came down as a family, usually in the fall, to go to Eureka Springs and The Passion Play. I haven't seen it for about 10 or 15 years now. Mellie, holler at me and maybe we can go together!

I would like to see the passion play again i have not seen it in a while. the last time i saw it was in 1996 or 1997. my family went and my youngest cousin fell asleep during the show and she woke up as Jesus was descending to heaven and it seared her a little she looked at my mom and said where are they taking my Jesus.
