june vacation help

First off I'll say I am so glad I found this site!!
We are planning a 3 or 4 night family vacation to Branson in mid June. I have 2 children 4 and 2. We are also thinking of traveling with another family. We would either want a large enough place to share or have 2 separate places next to each other.
I would like something at the water but close enough to all the attractions,
child friendly, beach, fishing, also something with a patio so us adults can sit outside after the kids go to bed have a few drinks and play cards. I would like to rent a boat and go to SDC and possibly Celebration City. Anything fun for the kids that you all know of would be greatly appreciated. We haven't gone on vacation with the kids yet except to Osage Beach where my Dad is. We would like something more than that to start making fun family memories.
Oh, I'm also trying to stay around $100 or less a night.x

Thanks a bunch
Krista

Stillwater resort is a nice place on the lake with all the amenities that you are looking for. I believe the first two wks. of June they have standard rooms for your price range. Check out their website! They also have a brand new pool area that looks awesome.

Have you looked at the Tribesman Resort? We've stayed there the last 3 summers. They have apartments and cabins ranging from 1-5 bedrooms. They have several swimming pools, two boat docks w/ rentals and are just down the street from SDC. They're website has pricing. We usually get the 3 bedroom/3 bath and it's 142/night and split it with my parents. It's worth looking into.

You might also want to check out some of the listings on www.vrbo.com. They might have just what you're looking for.

help with June vacation

We are going to Branson in March for Spring Break. We have used HomeAway.com on several occasions and had great luck. We are renting a 3 bedroom 2 bath HOUSE on Table Rock Lake for 75.00 a night. It has one master suite with bath, one queen bedroom and one with 2 twin beds. There is a 75.00 cleaning fee and 125.00 REFUNDABLE deposit but we have never had any problems getting our refund. The rate does change with the seasons but it was still reasonable. If you look at the site the property number is 145328. Cant remember which page it is on but I think # 3 or 4. Click on the property and it will direct you to an e-mail site that will be sent to the owners and they will get in touch with you. They said if I recommended someone they would give a discount so tell them Pat Shaw sent you to their website. We rented a 4 bedroom 3 bath with pool at Orlando last summer 5 minutes from Disneyworld for 100.00 a night through this site. It was VERY NICE.
Good Luck and have fun in Branson.

We just got back from Branson and stillwaters resort was fantastic. We had a luxery 1 bedroom condo and it did have an adjoining room available. We paid $96 a night but it may be a little higher for June but it would be worth it. They had 3 pools and a water slide boat rental, bike rental, a play ground. I loved having a washer and dryer it was wonderful.
