Branson Landing Cruises

Has anyone seen the huge yacht, in Lake Taneycomo? It's at Gage's Marina, in front of Joe's Crab Shack. I don't know anything about it, except it's really big, and it's called "Branson Landing Cruises".

I got a picture...I'll get DH to upload it, for me.

Anyone know what they've got planned?

This would be nice if we got all the 1Branson buddies together and chartered the boat.

I would put $100 towards the charter (I am sure it is WAY more than that) for a nice cruise with the Branson Buddies. Maybe we could get a 1Branson Buddy Cruise for one evening.

We could always PROMISE to give them good reviews on here if they gave us a good rate!

I agree. I don't like the idea of cruises out in the ocean, but on the lake or on a river, is a different story. I'd be up for that.

Sorry, I can't post my cell phone picture, right now...bluetooth problems. I'll try to take DH's digital camera in the next few days, and get a picture.

This is the picture from their website, but with this picture, you don't get a good perspective on the size of it. It's HUGE!

I called and asked about the charter but it was past 5:00pm. For a normal cruise it is about $19.95 to $22.95 per person with a lunch $8.95 extra.

I was going to call tomorrow and ask about the charter rate for a few hours just to get an idea. I know it won't be cheap but I will put a little into a pot for the charter maybe some others can also. I think it would be fun.

If anyone has a link to any other nice boats on the lake. I know there is the Spirit, send me the info and I will be glad to all and check price.

This boat was build in Wisconsin and hauled to Branson on Trailers. One with top and one with bottom of boat.

Thanks for the info, fritzie. We're going to be in Branson this weekend and I want to check out one of the cruises!!

Scratch the idea of going on one of the cruises this weekend. I just called them and they said they will not be open until next weekend as they are waiting for a license of occupancy (I think that's the right term) to arrive. Darn!!

We saw the ship this past weekend; it is indeed beautiful. Our family reunion is November 10-12 in Branson; maybe we can get to cruise. My husband and I would love to do that! We'll try to talk the rest of the family into it. The price seems VERY reasonable.

That sounds like a blast Sue!! And that price does sound very reasonable, at least to me!!

I called this morning. The Princess is up and running, four cruises a day, seven days a week. It's about $26 with tax for the two-hour cruise to Rockaway Beach, without the sandwich dinner. The sandwich dinner is $8.95. Next spring they will serve a meal with the cruise, I was told. We are going Sunday, I think!!!

The Branson Landing Cruise is giving veterans and their guest a 50% discount this week. That sounds like a great way to spend a couple of hours. I have been on it and it is beautiful.
