Branson Area Appreciation Benefit Show Announcements
The sole purpose of this thread is to provide a convenient place announce Area Appreciation and Benefit Shows. Show reviews etc. or other comments should be made in other threads. Area Apprecaition shows are shows, in most cases, intended for residents of the area mentioned in the announcment. Although the purpose of a benefit show is obvious, but from a pure show standpoint they sometimes provide a great value, not only in terms of helping someone or cause, but in terms price, and the variety of Branson Stars appearing.
In order to provide ready access to those Area Appreciation and Benefit Shows that are currently available posts will be deleted as the dates for a particular show passes. |

Sight and Sound Noah Area Appreciation
Area appreciation tickets are now available ONLY at the Box Office at the Sight and Sound Theatre, NO phone calls, walk up only. Tickets are $5 each, 6 tickets per purchase. Proof of residency required. Husband may purchase 6, wife may purchase 6, etc. Tickets on sale while there is seating available for the area appreciation dates.....of May 29, 30, 31, June 4, 5, 6, 7. Stone, Taney, Christian, Greene, as well as Boone county in Arkansas.

DH just got our tickets for 5/31. We were able to get center 3rd row isle. He said lines are super long with 4 registers open and he waited in line for 30 minutes. Just a heads-up!

Can you give us more infor on the area apprecation. A group of us wanted to go this weekend, but the box office doesn't know anything about it. We are from Carroll county. Have seen the show before and they are wonderful. |

MIL just got her tix for Sight and Sound this morning. Waited for about 45 minutes, and got them for June 7. She said there was still good seats open for that day, but the lines were huge when she left.

God and Country Theatre welcomes residents of Stone, Taney, Greene, Boone, and Christian Counties to a week of Area Appreciation Shows
May 12th through the 17th. Shows included are The Ozark Mountain Morning Show with Wade Benson Landry's Swingin' Cajun Style (10 am) Mon. through Sat., The Lisa Layne Country Show (2 pm) Tues. through Sat., The Grand Ladies of Country Music (with Jean Shepard, Leona Williams, and Jody Miller) (7 pm) Mon. through Sat., and The Goldwing Express (in Theatre #2) (8 pm) Mon. through Thursday. $5.00 tax included |
