Take the duck's Chrismas Light Tour
This is the one time that the Ducks are allowed on Taneycomo. They take you down by the lakefront displays and then take you through the Bee Creek Display (at least they did 3 years ago). Might be an idea.
I've heard the Port of Lights in Kimberling is very pretty as well especially with the reflection off the water in some spots. sounds pretty neat to me either way. |

Kimberling City's Christmas lights
We've visited both lighting displays yearly for the last 5 Novembers. Both are enjoyable. The Bee Creek display seems to change more yearly. Kimberling City has 2 beautiful tunnels of lights to drive through. There are loops to allow you to go through the tunnel areas more than once if you like. Sitting on the water gives the displays a different view. I recommend seeing both as I cannot get enough of Christmas cheer. Will do it again this Thanksgiving.

If you go to my web site www.toffeeland.com and click on "pictures" than "Missouri" you will find Christmas pictures of Branson Area and Port of Lights at Kimberling City. The Port of Lights are a must see when we go at Christmas time.
Be sure to check the site soon as someone is looking at my domain www.toffeeland.com and if the price is right will be sold. |
