The Shack
Finally made it to The Shack yesterday with a friend. Had their special for the day -- Fried Chicken!! Oh my heavens!!! Now I see what everyone has been raving about!!! Their fried chicken is just great!! I will DEFINITELY be going back!!!

After hearing about The Shack, on this board,
we've been wanting to try it out, too! We meant to, on our last trip, but never made it. I'm going to make a point of going there, on our next trip........  not till October!!!

Hi, PESOARES! Welcome to the board!
The Shack is in 'old downtown' Branson. Drive east through town, till you see Dick's 5&10. Turn right(south) at this intersection, and The Shack will be on your left.

My husband made me click back and see where the fried chicken was located.
So this place is on the top of his list for next week.

As stated in earlier post -- go east past Farmhouse and Branson Cafe (toward dick's 5 &10), at the corner right there by Dick's turn right. About half way down the block on the left.
Great food and very easy to find. |

The Shack
When my friend & I visited Branson two years ago, we had dinner at the Shack. Believe it or not, we decided we had room left after dinner for their peanut butter pie. We thought we had died and gone to "Heaven".. It is so big, and so yummy, we even took pictures of it. We ate till they closed the restaurant and enjoyed every bite. Try it, you will like it.
