Hi Guys!

Just thought I would introduce myself. I made my first couple of posts over on the lodging board.

I live in a suburb of Minneapolis, MN.

I'm married and have two kids... a 25-year-old son and an 18-year-old daughter.

I work as a database manager and supervise reporting from our Data Warehouse.

My two favorite places to travel are Branson and Walt Disney World!!

I just became eligible for my AARP card... but then who's counting?

Nice to see you all!

Yes, I love to talk about Branson. I've only been there twice, though, so there is a lot I still need to learn.

My favorite show is The Duttons. They are such a great family and play a wide range of music so there is something for everyone. They also seem to genuinely love performing for the audience.

My favorite restaurant is Top of the Rock. The food is good and the view of Table Rock Lake is breathtaking.

We went to Silver Dollar City on one of our trips and really enjoyed it. We plan to go back during our trip in October. My wife doesn't enjoy rides, but we both really love all the shops and craft demonstrations.

We were thinking about riding the Ducks on our next trip. Does anyone have any comments about that activity?

MNtraveler,
I agree with you about The Duttons. They have a wonderful show.

I, too, would like to hear from someone who has ridden The Ducks. Just how messy DOES your hair get in those open cars?

Will someone answer that and other questions about Ride The Ducks?

I'm still looking for someone who has ridden Jim Stafford's Jolly Trolley, too.
