Just got home - here are the shows we saw
Probably would not have had the chance to see all the shows that we did if it had not been for being able to buy the tickets from Big River Bargains! Got some great deals there!
#1 Hits of the 60's This show was a lot better than we had expected. Very fast moving and brought back a lot of memories. The singers/dancers are excellent. We were very happy that we saw this show. The Brett Family Wow - what a show. This family is amazing. The harmonizing they do is terrific. The young 14 year old son is very talented. A great show with a lot of variety. Mickey Gilley We always see Mickey's show whenever we get to Branson and he still has a super show. Of course, Joey Riley has us laughing until we cry - wish we would have had the time to see his show too. The Duttons What a fast moving, energetic show. Lots of variety. They are a truly talented family. We watched their show on the TV in their deli for a few days before we went to the show - all four of us still had their songs in our heads on the way home today. The Platters Good show - pretty much they just sing their old hits and do a good job. Not a variety show such as the others we saw but enjoyable. Paul Harris Paul is hilarious and we were very pleased to be able to hear Clay Cooper sing. What a voice he has. Our friend bought one of his CD's and we listened to it a couple of times on the way home. We were glad we had gone to this show. We also really enjoyed the show "Can't Stop Dancing" show at Silver Dollar City. We weren't sure when they started out but it was very lively and the cast does a nice job. Wish we would have had time to see more of the shows in Branson such as Pierce Arrow, Joey Riley, Ray Stevens, but you can only do so much! Gail |
