new christmas tree

I bought a brand new martha stewart christmas tree from a small store in Beebe, that sales stuff that the stores get rid of because of overstock or returns,
I decided to go with a non pre lit tree because I hate dealing with lights once they start buring out, she had alot of them that had been returned from the store that the lights were acting up..
The tree I bought was 7 1/2 feet tall, and is so huge around....
I only paid $35.00 for the tree , store cost is just under $200.00
And I bought two strands of lights for $1.00 each............
I will post a picture after I get it decorated...
It took me forever to get the branches in and shaped right,,,,,,,,,,
But she is really nice.............

Did it come with the decorations on it?

I'd want one totally decorated..........roflol.

I dragged ol ''cordroy'' out and hubs hung her on the hat tree.......I see she is going to be put away for ever soon............she is like me...getting alittly mossy and fraying around the edges.

DH put up our old tree last night and put the lights on it. We decided it looks pitiful and that it is time for a new one. We'll be in Branson and Springfield this week for business; maybe we'll look for a new one.

Yeah, she does have good taste.........
I just put my old tree on the back deck,
Now if the wind, or the animals don't get it,
It's all decorated.....
It probably was a bad idea........
I put these large pretty snow flakes on the front deck, and the wind blew them down and broke alot of them..................
