Sasha and Gleb weren't bad, just not excellent.
I didn't get to watch last night and was curious who left. I'll have to watch on Hulu. This packing to move thing is taking over my life right now!

A 10 from Len!
Thanks for thinking of my Suse.

I actually started out watching my ballgame and fell asleep, something I very rarely do during ballgames but this past weekend in Branson was a busy one and I was really tired.

Glad you all enjoyed it and I have already checked my sports lineup for next Monday and there is no game as we start into the World Series on Tuesday so will be tuned in next Monday.

TV tonight: ‘Dancing With the Stars’ welcomes Shania Twain

“Dancing With the Stars” (8 p.m. Central time on ABC):
Country music legend Shania Twain drops by to serve as a guest judge and perform a new song.

Tonight’s episode has the nine remaining couples delivering a salute to the silver screen as they celebrate “A Night at the Movies.”

Each couple will attempt to capture the spirit of a specific movie genre – action, foreign, spy, musical, sci-fi, drama, sports or animation – and perform a paso doblé, jazz, rumba, Argentine tango, samba, jive or quickstep.

No ballgames tonight so will be tuned it.

So glad Shania Twain will be there. I love to hear her sing and the movie theme is right up my alley.

Finally got to see DWTS last night.

I was/am pulling for Drew as he was the only one on the list that I felt I knew much about. I was impressed with his dancing but did not like the choreography. Seemed to have more action moves that dance moves. I know it was an "action" dance but to me the moves should have been a little more gentle.

Also, enjoyed hearing Shania sing but I am hoping the producers realized someone may be a good guest singer but NOT a good panel member. She was completely lost on anything about judging dance steps. Would have preferred them having just their three judges.

All in all was a good show.

It was a good show. Do think it was time for Nick to go. Now it probably really will get interesting. I liked Drew's dance, but I do think he let it get away from him from time to time. He is just enough taller than Emma and still has to learn to control some of his movements, but over all I thought it was great. Mark Ballas blew me away with his tango. It is SO good to see him back in the ballroom. Can't wait to see what they come up for Halloween night next week - and 2 dances to boot.

Nick really surprised me with his lack of musicality and it was time for him to go. His wife is so much better, I think she works harder at it, too.

I was also surprised by Shania Twain's speaking voice...I guess I have only heard her sing and her voice works really well for singing.
Nice to hear a Military song by her, too.

It is so cool to have Mark Ballas back and Sheryl Burk back...they add so much to the show.

I know that I noticed some of that, but I put it down as a little bit of nerves having been out of the limelight so long, and once you contract Lyme Disease, you never really get over it. It is a long hard battle. I know I lost a cousin to complications from it several years ago.

People just need to get over it and realize that she isn't this 20 something singer any more. She is doing the best with what she has and if they don't like it, fine. But don't diss her.

Again, just my opinion.

Got to see the Scott brothers (Property Brothers) Friday at the Grand Opening of Tanger Outlet in Fort Worth. Hope Drew didn't get a cold by standing out in the sleet addressing the crowd.

I hope so too, BC.

I am pulling for him to win.

Won't get to see the show tonight due to some Halloween plans but hope he does a good job.
