Two Ingredient Pumpkin Cake

This would be really good to make in Branson Condo on your first night.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Generously grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.

In a large bowl, mix together one spice cake mix and one can of pumpkin until well blended.

Spread evenly into the prepared pan.

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes in the preheated oven, or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.

Cool and serve, or store in the refrigerator. This tastes even better the next day.

Ever time I see this thread, I think perhaps our Member Pumpkin has posted.
I wish she would...

Here's the Spice Mix recipe:

PUMPKIN PIE SPICE

Pumpkin spice is perfect with (or without) pumpkin, and not just for pie.
Use it to flavor drinks, to juice up baked winter squash, or even to simmer in water on your stove to perfume your home.
Pre-mixed blends are widely available, but they're expensive and easy to replace with spices you already have in your cabinet.
Feel free to adjust the amounts of any of the basic spices to your taste.
Add a pinch of cardamom for a special twist.

3 tablespoons ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons ground ginger
2 teaspoons ground nutmeg (fresh-grated is especially good)
1½ teaspoons ground allspice
1½ teaspoons ground cloves
½ teaspoon ground cardamom (optional)
