flyfishing the tailwater

What has all the rain done to the trophy flyfishing area by the dam? If you don't fish the area, can you tell me if it is flooded, very high or whatever the condition is? Thanks.

I just updated the fishing report and there is a mention that 6 of the 10 floodgates are open due to the malfuncton of 2 of the generators. Here's the report look under General Comments.
