You might want to check the web cam on the "Candlestick" comment in "Branson shopping and dining" - Looking for Late dining". You can see the trees in the area with it.

What a cool web cam!!! Thank you for the suggestion. Things are still looking pretty green down there.

Trees are starting to turn, seems like every day there is more and more fall color. It is more noticeable in Branson than in Springfield.

Did you notice you can zoom in on the trees with far right arrow slide? You notice the colors more, I think.

That is just too cool.. I hadn't noticed the zoom feature. I just thought it was another "panning" feature. You can really see the trees this way. Thanks for sharing this info!

I see some yellows and oranges! This is just too cool. Looks like a lot of people are using this web cam because I had to wait my turn.

If you pan over so you can see the fountain - you might be able to catch the water and fire show -- you can zoom in. Is really neat - brings back memories of my trip in June.

I am thinking that my 3 year old might really like the fountain. She has autism and finds things like fountain shows (like the one at Epcot) and fountains in generally actually visually stimulating. We hope to see it this coming Saturday afternoon.

This webcam can be addicting. LOL I tried to remember to check it out first thing this morning, so I could see Branson waking up. Well, I remembered a little later than I wanted to, but I sure did see some pretty trees. I have had to wait my turn too, but it is kinda neat seeing what everyone else is trying to focus in on.

I noticed the trees turning in Springfield yesterday - the reds and yellows are starting to show, and as I drove down I-44, and could see for some distances, you could see all the colors dotting the hillsides.

In another week or so, I suspect it will be gorgeous. I'm suprised, since we've had so little rain, but thrilled to see the colors! It's my favorite time of year.

We were disappointed to find very little color on our trip up there last weekend, but otherwise really enjoyed our long weekend getaway. Great weather. Great shows.

I drove from Branson to the Springfield Airport on Wednesday via highway 65 and thought the colors were gorgeous! I'm guessing this weekend will be the peak
