What's cooking?

What are you fixing today?

I need to cook a Spaghetti Squash so that's in the crock pot right now.
I have bacon that needs to be used up and I have eggs and cream cheese so that's all going to be put together after the squash is done and ready to be "forked" into spaghetti like stuff.
I think it might be similar to Spaghetti Carbonara. ??

Snow Day!
But, rest assured, there’s bread, milk, and eggs in the house.

I love to make pudding on days like this. My grandchildren love to eat chocolate pudding when it’s still warm, “with the skin on top”.
But it’s getting harder and harder to find the Cook and Serve boxes.
Plenty of the Instant kind on grocery shelves, but usually no Cook and Serve type.
Food For Less grocery store still carries the cook type so I stock up for Winter days like this when you are comforted by something warm to eat.

What do you enjoy fixing on a Snow Day?

Yesterday I fixed potato salad and BBQ chicken, in an effort to bring some Summer into our lives.
It was very good!
