Advice Needed

I am planning a Chritmas trip for the senior adults at my church. It will be a one night trip (Friday night in late Nov or Dec). I am looking for an
(1) inexpensive senior friendly hotel (rooms under $60) with
(2) queen size beds in the rooms to hold up to 4 adults, and
(3) a good continental breakfast with more than cereal and toast.

Any ideas? I estimate there will be 20-30 in the group.

How about the Grand Plaza Hotel on the strip? We stayed there several years ago, and it was clean...the rooms had 2 beds in them and the breakfast was a hot buffet up on the top floor. The price was pretty reasonable also.

By the way, I commend you for coordinating an event such as that. I'm the social coordinator for our praise band/team (about 30 people)...and it gets difficult trying to find something to accomodate everyone. I'm sure you will do a fantasitic job and I know they will appreciate your efforts!!

Since you're dealing with seniors, you might also want to consider how level the parking lot is unless you'll be dropping and picking up at the entrance.
I'd recommend Savannah House.
I would think that for late Nov. you might already have trouble making reservations for a quantity of rooms, even December may be getting scarce for several rooms.

I always recommend the Ozark Valley Inn. The rooms would meet your specs I believe, but the breakfast would likely fall short, and it's also down a flight of steps.
