Seen anybody getting thrilled

Riding around some concrete baracades, and piles of limestone chat at the location that was supposed to be a great new adventure park on the strip.
Didn't see anybody in April. Didn't see anybody in early June.
Did the city of Branson require the owners to secure a bond in order to pay for cleaning the mess up?

Seemed like such a good idea. Low budget low end amusement rides on a big asphalt slab with no shade in 95° temperatures. Can’t figure out why it didn’t work.
