The Cresent Hotel Ghost Tour

A friend and I are planning on going to take this tour next Saturday evening. I will post about it after we get back. I took a ghost tour in Williamsburg, Virginia and I loved it. When I was in England two summers ago we went on a midnight Jack the Ripper tour. That was great! We were able to see where all the murders took place. I like ghost tours. We are also planning on eating at Devitos.

ghost tour

We took the ghost tour back in April and loved it! Be prepaired, they only take cash, no credit cards. The history of the hotel is fasinating, and though we didnt see any ghosts, we had a great time.

The hotel is beautiful!

We stayed there about 10 years ago, in fact Morris the Cat (the resident cat of the Crescent) was still alive. That was before they did the ghost tours! We heard a few noises that we couldn't identify and now we are wondering if the friendly ghosts were there with us. Don't know, but had fun imagining. I knew the hotel was supposedly haunted, but my husband didn't until we were leaving. That was when he figured the noises we heard were the ghosts. That might also explain the tv coming on in the middle of the night one night. I thought he had rolled over on the remote but the remote was on the other side of the room -- makes you wonder, huh.

Have fun and let us know how it was!

Hi Jern:

We went through the Hotel on our last trip. The housekeepers were cleaning the "haunted room". OF COURSE, we had to go in and make all kinds of inquiries. They said they cleaned this room very often and had never seen or heard anything out of the ordinary; however, several guests HAD!

Didn't have the nerve to stay overnight! WOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

HAVE FUN!
