I just read on the Gene Watson website that Charlie Pride has died today at the age of 86 from complications from covid. Remember seeing him perform in Branson years ago and have always enjoyed his music. RIP Charlie.

Just saw that he died in Dallas today. I always enjoyed his music.

Charley was an Excellent Entertainer, along with being a Really Nice Human Being. I had the pleasure of meeting him several times, in Branson, and elsewhere. May he Rest in Peace.

We met Charley when he was performing in his Branson theater. He was a great entertainer & a very nice man!
